How can you prevent accidents from slips and falls in your workplace?

Statistics show that 77% of slips and falls happen on the same level from slips and trips. Slips happen when there is too little traction between footwear and walking surface. Common causes are occasional spills, wet or oily surfaces and weather hazards. 

Having a mop to clean up wet floors and spills, and placing mats in areas that may be wet from weather or other spills, are cost effective ways to manage these hazards that can occur in your workplace.
