Did you know Swan offers microfiber mops? Here are some of the amazing benefits that these mops can bring to your business:
Protect the investment of your floors and maintain a safer and cleaner environment with our microfibre mops. Our mop rental and cleaning service will take the dirty mops away and replace them with clean stock.
See our video below for more information.
The entrance to your business has a lot of traffic, and with that foot traffic comes water, salt, and mud. All of these factors can damage your floors. Having clean, no-skid mats at the entrance and leading into the business can help to save your floors from damage.
Discoloration and Stains:
Using a rental mat service provides you with clean mats delivered right to your business, with the dirt and salt taken away. Non-slip mats can also protect against slip and fall accidents that can be caused by wet floors.
Over the last four years Swan has invested a great deal into our plant and equipment. This has resulted in a 7% decline in our electricity usage, 10% decline in our water usage and 17% decline in our gas usage.
First working with IESO we upgraded the lighting throughout the plant. Then we upgraded our hot water tank, water heater and water softeners, allowing us to be more efficient and reduce our energy costs in heating and treating our water. We removed four of our oldest washing machines and installed two new state of the art machines. On our other four washing machines, working with Gulter Industries, we invested heavily in a water recycling process. With this process, we are able to reduce our water usage when washing our mats and mops. We are proud of our team and the work they continue every day to be environmentally responsible.
Alcohol-based hand sanitizers help to deter the spread of germs and bacteria.
It’s important you use hand sanitizer properly to ensure it does the job it’s meant to do – get rid of germs before they are able to spread:
Don’t Use Hand Sanitizer if Your Hands are Dirty: Hand sanitizers are not meant to clean your hands. Rather, they’re meant to disinfect residue. Oil or dirt will prevent hand sanitizers from penetrating down to your skin.
Use the Right Amount: When it comes to hand sanitizer, less doesn’t mean more. You need to apply enough to thoroughly coat every part of your hands.
When combined with other preventative measures like proper handwashing, using hand sanitizer will help to keep you and everyone in your building protected against viruses and other illnesses.
